3. Booking and Reservations

After booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone. Please ensure your contact information is correct to avoid any delays.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for our services are due as per the agreed schedule. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

A cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost will be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
6. Liability
Gardening Ickenham strives to perform all services with the highest standards of quality and care. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
6.1. Property Damage
While we take precautions to prevent property damage, any accidental damage will be assessed, and appropriate measures will be taken to address the issue.

We recommend that clients ensure the safety of the work environment. Gardening Ickenham is not responsible for any personal injuries that occur on the property.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the area is safe for our team to work.

Ensure that our team has unobstructed access to the areas where services will be performed. This includes providing keys or codes if necessary.
